These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop theglobalcart. The contracting party is theglobalcart, Kaiserstraße 44, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By completing the order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as the payment has been successfully processed.

All prices include statutory value-added tax. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Delivery will be made according to the stated shipping conditions.
